On Thursday, September 10, we will be going to Lake Charles, Louisiana to help with clean-up after Hurricane Laura. We plan to leave Mandeville at 6 am and return around 9 pm. Lake Charles has a 6 pm curfew.
We have identified a yard of a 92-year old man that has been untouched since the storm. His wife was tragically killed in a car accident last year. We will be cutting limbs and moving them to the street.
The following items have been requested: chainsaws, a flat-bed trailer.
Contact Jarrett Banks at 252-414-9229 or at Jarrett@JustLoveYourNeighbor.org if you would like to go for the day or to donate items. All are welcomed to participate.
