Interfaith Organ Donation Candlelight Celebration

Lighting Candles recognizing all organ, eye and tissue donors; deceased and living, to acknowledge their decision and honor them for their beautiful gift. We will pay special tribute with the lighting of candles, identifying what is personal to all who give of themselves. The significance of each candle lit will represent Giving, Peace, Love, Hope, Remembrance and Grief. Each candle lit represents Giving, Peace, Love, Hope, Remembrance and Grief. ALL community churches and faith leaders are invited to attend, with the hope you will educate your congregation about this life-saving message. This will be an interfaith gathering of clerics and donors. We will also livestream this beautiful celebration of LIFE.

Location: St. Ignatius Chapel at Loyola’s Campus (Bobet Hall, New Orleans, LA 70118)
